Terms of Service

1. The service and your account

Orbit Applications LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (we, us), operates MinecraftServers.gg. These terms cover our directory, accounts, voting and community tools. Accept them before creating an account or submitting content. Our Privacy Policy explains data use; accepting these terms is not consent to optional measurement.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Minors need a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision; higher local age or permission requirements also apply. Do not submit a child’s personal information. Use an email you control, follow the displayed password requirements and protect sign-in links and recovery codes. Report suspected unauthorized access to support. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to protections required by law.

2. Listings and submissions

Only manage servers you are authorized to represent. Keep descriptions, connections, images and links accurate and lawful, obtain permission for uploaded material, and provide proof of control when requested. Endpoint verification checks technical control at a particular time—not legal identity, quality, safety or endorsement.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Orbit Applications LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate and present your listing within the service. The license lasts while content is available, with limited continued storage for backups, disputes and legal obligations. It does not transfer ownership of your server or brand.

3. Community rules and moderation

• No unlawful material, exploitation, malware, phishing, threats, harassment, hateful abuse or sharing another person’s private information.
• No impersonation, misleading ownership claims, spam, stolen assets or infringement.
• No automated or purchased votes, manipulated reviews, cooldown evasion, security bypasses, unauthorized access or service overload.

Reviews must reflect honest experiences. Listing team members cannot review their own listing. Owners may reply or report concerns; negative sentiment alone is not a reason for removal. Sponsors and paid members follow the same rules.

We may restrict content or accounts as reasonably needed to enforce these rules, protect people, investigate abuse or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the reason and allow a response; urgent issues may require immediate action. Report a concern or appeal. Reports receive contextual review and do not guarantee removal.

4. Votes, rewards and independent servers

One vote per player identity per listing is allowed in a rolling 24 hours, subject to anti-abuse checks. A name does not verify Minecraft account ownership. Manipulated votes may be held, rejected or reversed. See how ranking works.

Independent operators run the game servers and control their purchases, moderation, plugins and rewards. We do not host their worlds or supply Minecraft accounts. A counted vote does not guarantee a reward; delivery may fail or remain uncertain. Configured reward receivers receive information described in vote privacy details. Contact the operator about rewards and us about site errors. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Sponsorships and GG

Sponsorship sales and GG purchases are closed. Paid visibility, if offered, will be labeled and kept separate from organic votes, star ratings and moderation. It does not guarantee joins, uptime, rewards or commercial results. Price, duration, renewal, cancellation, taxes and refund terms must be disclosed before a future purchase. 6. Availability and responsibility

Respect rights in our materials and others’ work. For copyright concerns, use our reporting channel. Status information may be delayed or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service or independent game servers. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Ending use, changes and disputes

You may stop using the service and request deletion in account settings or through support. Transfer or archive owned listings first; support can assist. Limited records may remain as described in Privacy.

Revised terms carry a new date. We give reasonable notice of material changes through the site or account email and request renewed acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively, except immediate changes required for law or security.

Minnesota law governs to the extent permitted by law, without overriding mandatory protections where you live. Contact us first to try to resolve disputes. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful.
