1. Our service and these terms

MinecraftServers.gg is operated by Orbit Applications LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (we, us, or our). These terms govern our website, accounts, directory, voting tools and related services. Account creation requires acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

We provide a directory and community tools. Independent operators run the listed game servers. We do not supply your Minecraft account, host the listed game worlds, or control third-party purchases, moderation or rewards.

2. Age and account responsibilities

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Any higher age or additional permission required by local law also applies. Do not submit a child’s personal information to us.

Use an email address you control and keep account information accurate. Passwords must be 8–128 characters with at least one number and one symbol. Protect passwords, verification links and two-factor recovery codes. Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these terms do not assign you losses that applicable law assigns to us.

3. Listings and your content

Only manage servers you are authorized to represent. Keep descriptions, connection details, ownership claims, images and links accurate and lawful. Supply proof of control when requested, and obtain permission for all uploaded material. Endpoint verification checks control at a particular time; it is not an endorsement.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Orbit Applications LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate and present your listing within the service. The license lasts while content is available, with limited continued storage for backups, disputes and legal obligations. It does not transfer ownership of your server or brand.

4. Community rules

• No malware, phishing, unlawful material, exploitation, threats, harassment, hateful abuse or publication of another person’s private information.
• No impersonation, deceptive ownership claims, spam, stolen assets or infringement of others’ rights.
• No automated or purchased votes, review manipulation, cooldown evasion or attempts to bypass security or moderation.
• Do not overload the service, access systems without authorization or unlawfully collect personal information.

Reviews must reflect honest experiences. Listing team members may not review their own listing. Owners can reply and report concerns, but cannot remove legitimate criticism merely because it is negative.

5. Voting, ranking and rewards

A player identity may vote for a listing once per rolling 24-hour period, subject to anti-abuse checks. Entering a game name does not verify Minecraft account ownership. We may hold, reject or reverse manipulated votes. Our ranking page explains ranking rules.

A counted vote does not guarantee a reward. The game server’s plugins, rules and connectivity determine delivery, which can fail or remain uncertain. Contact the server operator about game rewards and us about a site error. Configured reward receivers may receive your game name, network address and vote time as explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Sponsorships and payments

Paid sponsorship sales are currently closed. Before paid services open, checkout will identify the price, currency, applicable taxes, placement period, cancellation and refund terms, and any additional agreement. Test transactions are not commercial purchases.

Future paid placements will be labeled sponsored and follow the same moderation rules. They do not promise player joins, uptime, rewards or commercial results. Billing questions: [email protected].

7. Moderation and appeals

We may review, decline, restrict or remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, investigate abuse or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and allow a response. Urgent safety or security issues can require immediate action.

Use a listing’s report control or email [email protected] to report a concern or appeal. Include the URL, reason and supporting information, but no passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Reports receive contextual review and do not guarantee removal.

8. Intellectual property and third parties

Respect intellectual-property rights in our materials and other people’s work. Copyright reports should identify the protected work, disputed URL, your relationship to the rights holder and contact information. We may request information needed to assess the claim. This reporting channel is not a representation that we have registered a designated DMCA agent.

Linked sites and independent game servers have their own terms and privacy practices. MinecraftServers.gg is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability and responsibility

Status information can be delayed or inaccurate, and maintenance or outages may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service or independent game servers. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending use, changes and disputes

You can stop using the service and request deletion through account settings or support. Owned listings must first be transferred or archived; support can assist. Limited records may remain as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Revised terms will carry a new date. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the site or account email and request renewed acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively, except immediate changes required for law or security.

Minnesota law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without overriding mandatory protections where you live. Please contact us first to try to resolve disputes. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful.
